Cherrystone
Ipso · Cherrystone's product

Your business, in a few true numbers.

Ipso turns how an operation runs into a responsive model that checks its own arithmetic, shows the levers you have, and ends each finding in one of nine decisions with its reason written down.

The sample is a synthetic distributor. Your own sketch is free and takes about twenty minutes on the Ipso site.

01 Four screens

A package, not a report.

A single file that runs offline and is also hosted in your Ipso workspace, licensed to your company while a plan is in force. Views of your operation and nine teaching instruments, every lever live.

Views

The analyses that matter for your kind of operation, plus nine universal instruments.

Findings

Analyses grouped under their decisions, each with the reason in a sentence.

Evidence

Each number's source and grade; record an observation and the package re-derives.

Method

A plain-language account and a self-check that runs in your browser on opening.

02 Three layers, never blurred

The engine, the industry, and your numbers.

The engine is the same in every industry and holds the thresholds, the nine verbs and the balance arithmetic. The industry pack defines the shape of the work. Your layer holds only your parameters — so a sketch can be built in an afternoon and re-snapped without a rebuild.

03 The vocabulary

Nine decisions. Six grades.

Every analysis ends in a decision

investPut new capacity or capability in.
protectDefend something already working.
optimiseTune what exists, without new spend.
sustainKeep doing this, deliberately and on record.
fixRepair a defect, with a named owner.
goProceed, with the case proven on screen.
sequenceOrder the work; the order is the finding.
deferDo nothing yet, on purpose.
rejectDecline the option and say why.

Tiers are absolute, never ranked: a finding is critical at 0.60 and strong at 0.30, in every industry.

Every number says how sure it is

observedEntered on the Evidence screen with who saw it, how and when.
measuredTaken from a system of record by a Sprint.
documentedWritten in a document the business owns.
reportedReported by someone, from a report or a system.
assumedSaid in conversation, in no document.
placeholderA starting value nobody has claimed yet.
