Proof

What you can check yourself, today.

Approved client evidence will appear on this page only when it exists, in the structure below, with the client's permission. Until then, three things you can verify without taking our word for it.

01 Three checks

The product proves itself.

The arithmetic proves itself

Under every view in the sample package, a balance line reconciles to zero, recomputed each time the page opens. The Method page re-runs the self-check in your browser.

The method is written down

Six rules, nine decisions, six grades of evidence — read them before deciding whether to believe a view.

Your numbers stay yours

A receipt for every upload, nothing derived stored, and a runtime that only does arithmetic. Hosting, residency and the one cookie are written down.

How we handle data ↗

The sample company, Meridian Distribution, is synthetic and describes no real organisation. Public sample sketches exist for eleven industries on the Ipso sample page ↗.

02 What a case will look like here

Six parts, or it is not a case.

A demonstrated model is not a client outcome. Every case published here will carry all six parts, with the client's approval, and will say which numbers were measured and which were modelled.

1The question

What the client was trying to improve or decide, in their words.

2The scope

Which operation, which people, which documents and systems.

3The evidence

What was measured, what was documented, what stayed assumed — with grades.

4The finding

What limited the operation, and what the test showed.

5The decision

One of nine verbs, with its reason.

6The measured result

What moved afterwards, measured the same way — or "not yet measured".

Collaboration logos appear only with an accurate relationship label and the organisation's permission; a logo is never an endorsement or a quantified claim.
